Javën e kaluar kam çu pyetje te Hashim Thaçi, s’kam marrë përgjigje. Para disa orëve i dërgova pytje të reja, të cilat po i bëj publike, sepse mu s’po më përgjigjet. Andaj, a ka naj trim a trimneshë në Amerikë, që ia bon këto pyetje Hashimit edhe publikisht? Kisha dashtë edhe me i dëgju përgjigjet e tij, por edhe me ia pa ftyrën tu u përgjigjë!
I sent questions last week to Hashim Thaçi but have not received answers. I am thus publicising new questions I’ve sent him a few hours ago. Since he is not answering to me, are there people in America who can pose these questions to him? I would love to hear the answers.
Këto janë pyetjet për Hashim Thaçin:
1. Pse nuk po i bëni transparente krejt çështjet, që jeni duke planifikuar t’i negoconi me Vuçiqin në Shtëpinë e Bardhë?
2. Kemi informatë që po qarkullon një draft-marrëveshje mes Kosovës e Serbisë e cila, mes tjerash, në këmbim për njohjen e Kosovës nga Serbia, do të përfshijë:
a) Krijimin e Asociacionit të Komunave Serbe, i cili e menaxhon shëndetësinë, ekonominë dhe arsimin nga Serbia;
b) Kisha Ortodokse Serbe me gjitha pronat e saj ne Kosovë të jetë entitet eksterritorial (me pavarësi të ngjashme si të Vatikanit);
c) Krijimi i edhe një komune të re Serbe në Kosovë (duke i marrë territor Vushtrrisë, Obiliqit, Skenderajit) e cila lidhet me Graçanicë;
d) Komuna e Leposaviqit t’i takojë Serbisë në demarkimin e ri, që do të bëhet mes Kosovës e Serbisë.
3. A jeni të vetëdijshëm që jeni duke nënshkruar marrëveshje që pastaj nuk mund ta zbatoni? Si i komentoni kritikat që ju qëllimisht fotografoheni e reklamoheni për nevoja të sotme duke injoruar obligimet e së nesërmes?
4. Keni thënë që jeni mashtruar kur keni nënshkruar demarkacionin me Mal të Zi dhe formimin e Gjykatës Speciale, nën premtimin që marrim liberalizimin e vizave e kjo nuk ka ndodhë. Cilat janë gjasat që ju prapë mund të mashtroheni?
5. A jeni të vetëdijshëm që lufta në Bosnje e Hercegovinë ka filluar pasi që është pranuar në OKB dhe që Ukrainës edhepse ka qenë pjesë e OKB-së iu ka rrëmby territori (Krimea) nga Rusia. Pra, a jeni i vetëdijshëm që hyrja në OKB (edhe nëse i pranoni kushtet e lartëcekura) nuk e garanton fundin e luftës së Serbisë ndaj Kosovës dhe që kjo në masë të madhe mund të sjellë deri te një konflikt të ri post-njohje në Kosovë?
6. A është e vërtetë që Gjykata Speciale ju ka intevistuar së paku një herë në Prishtinë e një herë në Vjenë? Si i komentoni kritikat që thonë që kompromiset, të cilat po i pranoni në relacion me Serbinë nuk e kanë qëllim përmirësimin e marrëdhënieve Kosovë-Serbi, por vetëm të shpëtoni nga akuzat e Gjykatës Speciale?
7. Cilat janë gjasat që edhe t’i nënshkruani këto marrëveshjet e lartëcekura me Serbinë, por edhe të përfundoni në Gjykatë Speciale?
8. Nëse nuk i bëni transparente këto kompromise apo shprehje të interesit për marrëveshje, nëse nuk i bëni transparente temat që po i diskutoni me Serbinë, nëse nuk po i bëni transparente marrëveshjet e nënshkruara për aviacion, hekurudha e autostrada (përkundër faktit që ne kemi dërgu kërkesë për qasje në dokumente zyrtare dhe ligji ju obligon t’i bëni publike), si pritni t’ju besojë populli?
9. Në Rambuje keni negociu me spektër ma të gjanë politik të Kosovës; në Vjenë po ashtu keni negociu me spektër ma të gjanë të politikës së Kosovës. Në të dy këto raste mund të thuhet që rezultati ka qenë pozitiv – NATO e ka bombarduar Serbinë dhe Kosova e ka shpallur pavarësinë. Tani, duke mos u koordinuar me qeverinë e Kosovës, keni mbetur i vetmuar me një ekip të vogël, i cili nuk e përfaqëson në mënyrë reale spektrin politik të Kosovës. Si mendoni t’i përmbushni obligimet eventuale të Kosovës, qoftë për njohje të Serbisë qoftë për të shpëtuar nga Gjykata e Hagës?

Mister President,
Last week, I sent you a request for access to public documents. As I have not received a response yet, I am hereby asking you the following questions:
1. Why are you not making transparent all the issues you plan to negotiate with Vucic at the White House?
2. We have information that there is a draft-agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, which in exchange for recognition of Kosovo by Serbia will include the following:
a) Establishment of an Association of Serb Municipalities that will manage healthcare, economy and education by Serbia;
b) The Serb Orthodox Church and all its property in Kosovo will be an extraterritorial entity (with a similar independence to the Vatican;
c) Establishment of a new Serb municipality in Kosovo (by taking territory from Vushtrri, Obiliq, Skenderaj) which would connect with Gracanica;
d) The municipality of Leposavic would belong to Serbia with the new demarcation that would be done between Kosovo and Serbia.
3. Are you aware that you are signing an agreement which you will not be able to implement? How do you comment on the criticism that all you are interested in is a photo opp in the White House, rather than attending to the obligations of tomorrow?
4. You have said in the recent past that you were tricked when you signed the demarcation with Montenegro and the establishment of the Specialist Court, as in return you were promised to get visa liberalisation for Kosovo which has not been delivered. What are the chances that you are being tricked again?
5. Are you aware that the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina started after the latter had been accepted in the United Nations. In addition,Ukraine, despite being a UN member had its territory (Crimea) taken by Russia. Thus, are you aware that entering the UN (even if you accept the conditions mentioned above) does not guarantee the end of the conflict between Serbia and Kosovo and this may lead to a new post-recognition conflict in Kosovo?
6. Is it true that you have been interviewed by the Specialist Court at least once in Prishtina and once in Vienna? Do you have any comments to the criticism that you are accepting every compromise in relation to Serbia, not to improve Kosovo-Serbia relations but only to save yourself from the charges of the Specialist Court?
7. What are the chances that you will end up doing both: sign the aforementioned agreements with Serbia and end up in the Specialist Court too?
8. If you do not make the topics you are discussing with Serbia transparent, or the letters of intent about certain agreements that you will sign transparent, (such as is the case with final deals on aviations, railways and the highway which you are not letting us access although we have submitted a request for access to public documents and the law obliges you to make them public), how do you expect the people to trust you?
9. At Rambouillet, you negotiated alongside representatives from a wide political spectrum from Kosovo; in Vienna you also negotiated alongside representatives from a wide political spectrum from Kosovo. In both cases the result has been rather positive – NATO bombed Serbia and Kosovo declared independence. Now, with no coordination with the newly elected Kosovo Government, you have been left alone with a small team that does not represent the political spectrum of Kosovo & bypasses an elected government. How do you envisage accomplishing the eventual obligations of Kosovo, be it to recognise Serbia or to save yourself from the Court?
